Product Limitations
Not Suitable for Ultra-Fine Purification
It cannot effectively filter micro impurities below 180μm, so it is not applicable for high-precision purification scenarios such as ultra-pure liquid filtration that require 100 mesh and above ultra-fine mesh.
Strict Raw Material Preprocessing Required
Compared with 60-mesh coarse mesh, the aperture is finer, and it is easy to be blocked by large granular impurities. It is necessary to configure pre-filtration procedures for raw materials containing large particles or sundries.
Economic Grade Environmental Restriction
430 stainless steel mesh has poor corrosion resistance and is only suitable for conventional dry sieving and domestic water filtration, not for long-term use in strong acid, strong alkali and high-corrosion industrial environments.
