Limitations
  • Not for Ultra-Fine Filtration: Cannot filter micro-particles below 200μm, not applicable for high-precision purification scenarios requiring 100+ mesh.
  • Not for Large Particle Blocking: Compared with coarse mesh, it is easier to be blocked by large impurities, requiring pre-filtration for raw materials with large particulate matter.
  • Economic Grade Limitation: 430 stainless steel version has weaker corrosion resistance than 304/316, not suitable for strong acid and alkali long-term working environment.
