Hastelloy Woven Wire Mesh Introduction:

 

Hastelloy C276 (UNS N10276) is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium superalloy with tungsten reinforcement, featuring:

Primary Elements:

57% Nickel (base matrix)

15-17% Molybdenum (chloride resistance)

14.5-16.5% Chromium (oxidation resistance)

3-4.5% Tungsten (strength enhancement)

Low Carbon (≤0.02%) – Minimizes carbide precipitation

Key Standards:

ASTM B575 (Plate, Sheet, Strip)

ASTM B622 (Seamless Pipe/Tube)
