Plain Dutch Weave Wire Introduction:
In a Plain Dutch Weave, the diameter of the warp wire is larger than the weft. The mesh is formed by weaving a limited number of warps with the maximum number of weft wires woven tightly together, producing a cloth with no readily visible apertures. This mesh is strong and stable, easy to clean and with a good flow rate suitable for high-pressure liquid/solid separation.
12.5X76 mesh plain dutch weave stainless steel wire mesh use 0.45X0.355mm diameter wire, by plain dutch weaving, woven 12.5X76 mesh opening for 192μm solid particles , it can also be used as a liquid, gas filter support material or protective fabrics to use. This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving process, so that the mesh surface flatness better

Weaving methods:
Plain Dutch Weave("Warp×Weft" same meaning to "Warp×Shute")
Woven as a plain weave, but with the warp wires of greater diameter than the weft wires. The weft wires are very close together so that a so-called zero-mesh structure is formed; while the warp wires are thicker and arranged wider apart.
Application:
woven wire cloth is mainly used in the absorption, evaporation and filtration process in petroleum, chemical, medicine, metallurgy, machinery, ship and automobiles to delete the mist drop or liquid foam or used as air filter in cars and trucks. And can be made to extruder screens for melt filtration.
