Expanded metal sheet Mesh Introduction:
All our steel mesh is made from a variety of grades. The most common grades are hot rolled, cold reduced, electro zinc and galvanised steel. All materials can be coated using various applications, i.e. galvanising, painting, powder coating etc. All steel grades supplied conform to the relative quality standards.
Pre-galvanised flattened expanded mesh is used for filtration and agricultural applications. Our pre-galvanised steel meshes are available in the following patterns and sizes.
Steel expanded metal sheet has different hole patterns, such as diamond holes, oval holes, hexagonal holes and other decorative holes. As for the mesh surface, it can be divided into raised surface and flattened surface. Different surfaces and hole patterns can be used in different applications, just choose the perfect one according to your requirements.

Features of steel expanded metal sheet:
Steel expanded metal sheet is much cheaper than the aluminum expanded metal sheet or stainless steel expanded metal sheet.
Good corrosion and rust resistance. Galvanized and PVC coated surface treatment supplies outstanding corrosion and rust resistance performance. Can be interchanged for perforated metals in multiple applications, giving comparable aesthetics, strength, open area, acoustic and filtration properties. Unlike perforated metal, where holes are punched in the material and the waste is costly, our Experf manufacturing process involves slitting and stretching the material to create holes.
