Square Hole Perforated Metal Introduction:
Square hole perforated sheet, punched by a square die, is known as an alternative to traditional round hole perforated sheet. With high open area, the sheet is often used as grilles especially speaker grilles to allow sound pass through easily while protecting the speaker from damage of vibration. Meanwhile, it also is used for shop fitting display offering excellent visibility.
Square hole perforated metal is made of metal plates matching punching die in different sizes of aperture, forming into mesh rolls or mesh sheets with square holes by CNC punch pressing, cutting, slicing, leveling, grease, deburring, surface treatment and other series of processes. Square hole perforated metal has various of good features including light-weight, bending resistant, anti-aging, not easy to rust, wide application, smooth surface, durable construction and so on. And compared with round hole type, square hole perforated metal has larger open area, which will meet customers’ requirements in this kind of aspect. Therefore, square hole perforated metal is ideal material for protection grilles in speakers production. We produce perforated metal in various kinds of specification by different combination of material, hole pitch and open area. Square hole perforated metal mesh is widely used in electronic equipment protecting grilles and building decoration.
