Reverse Dutch Weave Wire Mesh involves in plain weave pattern, with many wires in warp direction having a thin diameter and relatively few wires in weft direction having a large diameter.

 

Reversed plain dutch weaves or PZ microdur weave combine the properties of fine metal wire meshes with high mechanical stability which, are key properties for the specialized requirements of solid-liquid filtration. In many cases, reversed plain dutch weave mesh is referred to as reverse woven plain dutch weave mesh or robusta mesh. Applications include pre-coat filters, filter candles, vacuum filters and spring filters.
